Dear Alan,
Writing this piece must add to your “good karma.”

However, Karma is neither good nor bad; it’s just the effects of one’s actions.
There’s a ditty that I made up for my grandson Lev, who claims he doesn’t
believe in karma, because he’d be punished by now for all the things
he’s done. He won’t tell me what these things are yet, but he’s only 14.
So what could be so bad.

Anyway, I’ll sing that ditty at our next study group.
